Toronto MC Derek Wise is a new name, but when someone rolls through with a track like “The Prolog” and some ill accompanying visuals, I never have a problem giving them some shine. The track has an larger than life feel, with some big horn sounds providing the backbone for some up-tempo snares that push the track throughout. Look for the track on his upcoming project, Vacay, due out September 8th.
