Jazz Cartier is an 18 year-old from Toronto that is soon to be living in Chicago, IL. In the fall Jazz starts school at Columbia. He prefaces the move with this new video for “Ataraxia”, which takes the video inside a video approach, a little like this really dope clip from dead prez.
