The cut-offs apply to former girlfriends, friends, even family… pretty much anyone that is hollering that blase-blah, whoopty whoopty whoop, and/or the he say she say… Also getting the gas face are people that are “boo boo”, teases, thirsty, or otherwise lacking in the positivity department.
