I’ve said several times that I love Kendrick Lamar’s “HiiiPoWer”. The song is a rich tapestry of references and metaphors, as Kendrick uses Malcolm X and Martin Luther King to symbolize the push and pull between good and evil. He released a preview of the song’s visual treatment, a short clip that shows Kendrick dousing himself in gasoline and striking a match. Watch it below.
