Kids These Days dropped “Flashing Lights” a week ago as their debut single from Traphouse Rock and have followed up quickly with visuals for the song. Repurposing Kanye West’s track of the same name, Kids These Day’s live instrumentation creates a piece as sonically pleasing as the original, so when it’s paired with the skills of director Austin Vesely, something good is bound to happen. Set against a black background and framed by the glow of multicolored lights, Vesely layers the purposefully grainy images together to strengthen the tangible emotions in the song, creating a spectacular visual product that embodies “Flashing Lights”. Watch it below and look for more Kids These Days as the summer pushes on.
