The Lego Movie has been a critical and commercial success since its release last week. Netting close to $70 million in its opening weekend with a 95+% Rotten Tomatoes approval rating, The Lego Movie has proven to be a hit amongst moviegoers of all ages. Our very own Alex Katz, who has a soft spot for amazing animated films, gave the film a 9.5 in his review, calling the film “one of the smartest scripts for an animated movie that I’ve seen in ages.” Simply put, The Lego Movie has been an abashed success, as I imagined it would be when the first trailer was released back in October.

Recently, a fun little blooper reel has been released to share some of the behind-the-scene fun the cast had during takes. As any good animated film is wont to do, the bloopers are fully animated with little visual cues adding to the humor. You can check it out below, and if you haven’t seen The Lego Movie yet, head out into the world and discover its awesomeness.
