I’ve written plenty of times about Sene and his new LP, brooklyknight. The album dropped earlier this year, and is one of my favorite releases of the short 2012. Today Sene released the video for “Backboards” featuring Blu, an artist he collaborates with frequently and shares an overall view on the music game. Sene told me, “We just saw a lot of things the same and could relate on different levels. I don’t compare myself to others as far as this industry goes; but I’m glad there are folks like him, that I’m close enough with, where I don’t feel crazy for being creative.”
