Sir Michael Rocks of The Cool Kids is readying his first ever solo mixtape, The Rocks Report. No word yet on when the project will drop, but we do have the mixtape’s first video in “Coochie Crook (Put It In)”. The song is a fast moving, horn heavy track with bump that is only matched by the subjects featured in the video. You better watch out for the Coochie Crook.. Now that’s good advice.
On a side-note, Sir Michael Rocks will be the headliner at Digital Freshness on 3.12.11 at Beauty Bar, which is also the release party for our Closed Sessions: ATX LP.
