Soul Khan

Brooklyn’s Soul Khan has a new EP dropping sometime in the next week, and recently sent over this freestlye to Lauryn Hill’s “Lost Ones”.  Khan announces at the song’s start that he has officially stopped f**king around, and by the ensuing two verses, I fully believe him.  “I used to spend summers, with old folks with their skin numbered, that taught me, ‘you can die under the same sun that you live under,” Soul raps in the first verse and doesn’t let up from there.

Khan is a former battle-rapper, that retired his belt to focus on making music.  “Lost Ones” is like Khan shadow-boxing, and proving that old habits are hard to break… You just got sonned.”
