Jay West: Drugs + Candy (Mixtape)

We've seen a lot of real talent come out of Southern California over the past couple years showing the artistic integrity that the west coast can hold true to. Next up in line is a dude named Jay West who is not only handing out something you'd never take from a stranger but something that you should refuse from a friend as well. If your mind didn't put the two together, Drugs + Candy is the title of this rookie emcee's project which has been making heat waves much farther than the warmth of the west. The project will highlight production from Sweatbox Music, A.D.D. (Hollyweerd), SMKA  (Pill, Yelawolf, Outasight), and Drop Braxton (Lupe Fiasco, Amerie), as well as guest features from the likes of London, Dreamer of Hollyweerd and breakthrough newcomer, Marian Mereba. Check out Drugs + Candy below the cut, and expect to hear more about Jay West around these parts we like to call Ruby Hornet.

Prada Does Print

Prada

Prada's new "Print Collection" has got a lot of heads turning. The collection is made up of 1950's inspired dresses, ballet flats, and chain strapped quilted handbags all centered around archive Prada prints. I'm really diggin' the retro vibe of the line. The dresses are so lady-like, I love them! My favorite pieces are definitely the handbags. I love anything with a chain strap, with so many prints to choose from it's hard to pick a favorite!

Look out the the "Print Collection," slated to hit Prada stores mid-May.
