Frank 151: 151 Pieces featuring Gourmet
The latest issue of Frank151 is essentially a fashion show in book form, featuring 151 essential pieces for summer attire. To coincide with the issue, Frank151 is doing a slew of events and mini-features in collaboration with many of the brands highlighted. They recently put on the 151-piece fashion show which you can watch here. As you already know, Gourmet has become a favorite around here, and not just because of the quality footwear. Gourmet has always been interested in the upper echelon of life, including food. FSD Interviews Big Boi
Big Boi hit the windy city a few weeks back for a Sir Luscious Leftfoot listening party. He did interviews with various Chicago outlets, including Fakeshoredrive. Staple Summer 2010 New Era Caps
Staple keeps their Summer 2010 New Era caps simple this summer using the iconic Pigeon logo for the majority of the collection. Bape Ursus Collection Fall 2010
Bape's Ursus collection has been designed by Japanese label's WTaps' Tet for the past few seasons with great response from audiences worldwide. The collections are far more subtle than the typical Bape look and feel, and offers a fine alternative to the loud, colorful pieces typically associated with the iconic brand. The fall 2010 collection looks strong with plenty of warm layering options for the colder months along with a few select accessories to match. Without a Public Enemy there wouldn't be a BBU. It's as simple as that. Chicago's rising trio credits Public Enemy as a direct influence, even naming their debut mixtape, Fear of A Clear Channel Planet, after PE's seminal release, Fear of A Black Planet. In what should be a rite of passage for every band, and what is for those that are lucky, BBU was able to open up for Public Enemy on June 26th at The Congress Theater. We followed BBU on their big night, capturing the show and what it meant to the crew known as Bin Laden Blowin' Up.
