“Rebel, rebel, punk rock be the motto.”
The Knux come through today with a fairly big announcement. Following the release of their debut album, Remind Me In Three Days… and its follow-up, Eraser, on Interscope, the band has parted ways with the label and will release its next project independently. Next up from the Knux is a project titled KTWN, which is described as not quite an EP and more than a single. It’s dedicated to Korea Town in L.A., the neighborhood that has served as home for the Knux ever since they moved to Cali from New Orleans. “Animal” is somewhat of a return to the Hip Hop side of the spectrum for The Knux who leaned more towards rock on their last release. I definitely dig it. Listen below.
