Over the weekend at the Hard Rock Hotel the homies at Code Of Conduct set up a booth at the Carrera Lounge and were tatting artists and patrons as they came through during Lollapalooza. Shout outs to Jason Hoodrich who tatted David Arquette, and Arquette got to return the favor. (See Pics Below) Zoe Kravitz & Hayden Panettiere also made it out to the lounge to kick it.
