Mike Golden: "Stretch" featuring G-Scott (Prod. by Chuck Inglish)

Chicago musician Mike Golden has linked up with G-Scott and Chuck Inglish for his latest track "Stretch". The sound is a departure from his most recent project Groceries (by his band Mike Golden & Friends), with a bigger emphasis on vocals and a much milder rock sound. However, the product is still dope, with Chuck Inglish providing the level of production we have come to expect from the Cool Kid and G-Scott laying down a nice verse to compliment Mike's vocals. Listen and download below.

[Video] Mayer Hawthorne: "Henny & Gingerale"

Personally I'm a fan of Jack Daniels and Gingerale, but at Mayer Hawthorne's suggestion I'm thinking I'm going to have to try it with some Hennessy. In his latest video from of his album How Do You Do (2011), the artist throws down with plenty of fine women and top shelf liquor, all while decked out in his finest rat-pack apparel. "Henny & Gingerale" is a great summer jam and now a dope video, check it out below.

2Chainz Signs to Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music - Updated

Kanye West & 2Chainz on BET's 106 & Park

Kanye West continues to diversify the roster of his G.O.O.D. Music label with the signing of Atlanta based 2Chainz, otherwise known as the Artist Formerly Known As Tity Boi. The two have already worked together in the past; Mr. West made a cameo on stage with 2Chainz back at SXSW, he then recruited him for the G.O.O.D. Friday Drop of "Mercy" and most recently stopped by 106 & Park when 2Chainz was on air. Announcing the new signing in Mr. West fashion, Kanye tweeted "2 Chainz is charging 100k for a verse now cause he's G.O.O.D!!!!!!". Now a few interesting questions arise. Namely what type of crazy sh*t is going to be featured on the upcoming G.O.O.D. Music album? Like really, that sh*t is gonna be wild.

Update: 2Chainz appeared on Bootleg Kev's radio show shortly after Kanye's Tweet and said that Kanye's tweet isn't a label thing.  "He just means, I'm good. Like I'm ill," 2 Chainz told Bootleg Kev.  2 Chainz will be taxing for guest verses going forward, or at least taking what he deserves. "I was jeporadizing my brand sometimes by doing the homeboy special... I ain't doing no more of that...  I would've done anything a couple months... I'm still grounded, but it makes sense for me to slow down a little bit."

Azealia Banks: "Jumanji"

Azealia Banks loosed "Jumanji" earlier today via her twitter account, saying it is off of the Fantastic mixtape. The Harlem MC utilizes a tropical influenced beat produced by Hudson Mohawke and Nick Hook to deliver some fresh rhymes, true to her nature she spares no blows. The continued electronic influence is also apparent, which you can also hear on here Diplo produced track "Fuck Up The Fun". Stay on the lookout for more leaks from the tape.

Lil Boosie Found Not Guilty

The ongoing story of Lil Boosie's murder trial has come to a close, with a jury in Baton Rouge finding the Rapper not guilty after six days of testimony. The charge brought against Torrence Hatch (Boosie's given name) was first degree murder in connection with the death of Terry Boyd. The prosecution asserted that Hatch had contracted Michael Louding to commit the crime, but the defense felt that the state did not have enough to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt; they turned out to be correct. However we won't be receiving any victory tracks from the artist, as he is currently serving an 8 year sentence for smuggling drugs into prison.

[Video] RSVP Gallery Presents the R$VPA$AP Collection

RSVP Gallery is no stranger to big name musicians. They teamed up with Kanye West's right hand man Don C, who is also a coowner, for the infamous snakeskin snapbacks. I once shared the shop with Pusha T and his crew as he purchased a few KaiKai flower pillows for his girl. Most recently they linked up with A$AP Rocky for the R$VPA$AP Collection, comprised of  a tank top, t-shirt bandana and hat. The collaboration was in celebration of Been Trill's May 3rd show at the HOB, which Rocky headlined. Illroots lent a hand by shooting a dope video of both the in-store event and the show, edited by Mike Carson. You can check out the video below and the R$VPA$AP Collection on RAVP Gallery's site.
