Tree: "Karl Malone" (prod. 110% Pure)
Chicago's MC Tree comes through with "Karl Malone", the first single off of his #Trillin mixtape, produced by 110% Pure. Tree goes full steam ahead over the driving production, spitting ominous bars over the super-villain styled production. #Trillin will be the second mixtape the artist has released this year, following up Sunday School with a harder and heavier sound. Look for #Triller near the end of October.

Cardo: "My Old$chool"
You know the name Cardo if you listen to any sort of Hip Hop that has been released in that last 3 years. The Minnesota born and Dallas based beatsmith has worked with artists ranging from Wiz Khalifa to Freddie Gibbs, and a large contingent in between. Now he has teamed up with Fool's Gold Records to release his first ever solo project, Everything I$ Gold. The 8 track EP is available for purchase on Itunes and "My Old$chool" is available for stream and download below.
“When you say ‘instrumental hip hop’ to people, they immediately think dusty loops and half-baked beats that rappers passed on. But Cardo is creating all his solo tracks in very unique, very wavy new territory. These songs are a world of their own, and A-Trak and I are proud to have Cardo’s sound under the Fool’s Gold umbrella!” - Nick Catchdubs, Co-founder of Fool's Gold with A-Trak.
Brian Fresco: "Green Light" featuring Chance The Rapper (prod. XXYYXX)
Dropping off some new Savemoney heat, Brian Fresco comes through with the XXYYXX produced track "Green Light". Featuring Chance The Rapper, both MCs lay down verses all about the honeys; think smooth, like a classic R-Kelly track, complete with the laid-back production and flows that float along with it. Listen to "Green Light" below and look for it to appear on Fresco's upcoming project, Mafioso.

[Video] Kids These Days: "Don't Harsh My Mellow" (Preview)
With the full video dropping this Thursday, September 27th, Kids These Days releases a preview for the track and visuals. "Don't Harsh My Mellow" seems to be the debut of a sound we have yet to hear from the group and is a highly anticiapted release in my book. It's pretty wild how diverse Savemoney is, as well as how large KTD's range of styles is; We should recieve a heavy dose of these various styles when Traphouse Rock drops. Watch below and get excited from Thrusday.

[Video] Phonte: "Gonna Be A Beautiful Night" featuring Carlitta Durand
Phonte channels his soulful side on "Gonna Be A Beautiful Night" off of his Charity Starts At Home LP. Evoking the sound we heard from the artist when he works as Foreign Exchange with Nicolay, his singing ability is one we know well. Linking up with songstress Carlitta Durand only adds to the booming soul vibe and really knocks the ball out of the park. Peep the visuals for the track below.
