[Video] David Dallas: "Caught In A Daze" Feat. Freddie Gibbs

David Dallas

David Dallas crossed a whole lot of water to make it to where he is today. The New Zealander, or Kiwi, teams up with Gangsta Gibbs for "Caught In A Daze". Being dazed makes sense Mr. Dallas' case, being Stateside must be a huge change for the boy from down under. This track is all about that transition and the changes that happen when the big fish in a small pond travels to the biggest pond. If you don't get the analogy it'll help to know that Dallas is the pinnacle of hip-hop in NZ and is one of the top selling hip-hop artists of all time from the country. Not surprising when you listen to "Caught In A Daze", the dude can rhyme and put a song together very nicely. Couple that with Freddie Gibbs and BAM, something magic. Check out this incredibly dope track and video after the jump.

Blaqstarr: "War of Roses" feat. Talib Kweli

War Of Roses

Baltimore native Blaqstarr comes together with Brooklyn MC Talib Kweli for a heart pounding and frantic song titled "War of Roses". The track will be featured on the upcoming BLAQSTARR The Mixtape dropping April 15th on BLAQSTARR Music. You may know Blaqstarr from his work with artist M.I.A., producing numerous tracks for Kala as well as her Vicki Leekx mixtape. On top of that he  introduced her to Rye Rye, another Baltimore club standout, who caught up with RH earlier this month. "War of Roses" is a dope track that highlights Blaqstarr's production talent as well as his creativity. With a Talib Kweli feature you would expect a full verse, but instead he delivers a quick burst to push the song over the limit. Check out the track after the jump.

[Video] Travis Barker: "Can The Drummer Get Some (Remix)" feat. Game, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne and Swizz Beats

Travis Barker

Another dope track coming from the musical mind of Travis Barker. "Can The Drummer Get Some" is off of Travis' first solo album, Can A Drummer Get Some?. The album features many of hip-hop's heavy hitters but this track in particular is especially impressive. Ricky Ross, Swizz Beatz, Game, and Weezy all hop on top of Travis' hard hitting drums and furious production. The video features Travis jamming out live on the street in LA with Game, Rick Ross and Swizz Beatz, Lil Wayne chilling in the studio, and plenty of Famous Stars and Straps. Check out Travis' mixtape Let The Drummer Get Wicked, released as a prelude to Can a Drummer Get Some?, and watch the video after the jump.

[Video] Pac DIv: "Anti-Freeze"

Pac Div

Like, Mibbs, and BeYoung have just dropped their first full length video off of their Mania! mixtape. The video is Pac Div through and through, with shots of all the homies and some good Southern California visuals. Mania!, released earlier this month is as dope as any other mixtape dropped this year.  From start to finish the tape bangs and it put to rest all questions of whether Pac Div could continue to make quality product. They can, putting out tracks that range from "Anti-Freeze", which is driven by a booming beat and a raw intensity in the lyrics, to "Take Me High", which is a much smoother and mellow track. Check out the video for "Anti-Freeze" after the jump and download Mania! if you haven't done so already.

[Video] SIr Michael Rocks & GLC: "You Know The Rules"

Sir Michael Rocks

Rule #1 Always be Cool. Rule #2 Can't be lazy when it's pay me season. Rule #3 Keep your circle tight. Rule #4 Don't give in to frequent rumors. Rule #5 Perfect this pimpin art. Rule #6 Elevate your playerism.

Six rules to live by and ones that GLC and Sir Michael Rocks certainly play by. The two hooked up on the track for The Goodoctors Present: The Duff. The two seem to know how to keep it cool, and the video offers everyone a few tips to do so as well. The project is hopefully dropping soon and it will feature Vic Mensa, YP, Truck North, Bump J, MarVo, Sly Polaroid, Bighomie DOE, Rockie Fresh and Lungz. The lineup, and this first glimpse are enough to get me very excited about what The Goodoctors have in store. Be sure to look for another taste soon as they will release another video featuring Project Mayhem. Check the video out after the jump.
