[Video] Rockie Fresh & Casey Veggies Announce Joint Mixtape

Casey Veggies and Rockie Fresh took to MTV yesterday to announce a collaborative mixtape between the two artists, dropping towards the end of the year. Fans are probably already aware of the fact that the Chicago and L.A. natives have been working together for years and their chemistry is one of the best in the industry, so this announcement is very promising of dope music being made! The 'tape is tentatively entitled Fresh Veggies and will be presented by Puma.

XXYYXX: “Angel”

XXYYXX is back with a quick new leak as he prepares to head out on tour once again, this time around alongside Shlomo. "Angel" is a soothing three minute-long record that relies on heavy ambiance sounds and quiet synthesizers. This song is best enjoyed while away from everyone and in a relaxing place that can let your thoughts flow alongside the fast-paced drums.

Young Scooter: "Fresh Outta Jail"

Young Scooter is "Fresh Outta Jail" and already back in the studio working. This one-off joint probably won't find itself in any project, but Scooter makes it clear that he didn't lose a step while locked-up for six months and sounds as hungry to make it as ever. Street Lottery 2 will be out on January 1st, but you can stream this Zaytoven-produced track below.

A-Villa: "A Hustler's Soliloquy" (feat. Roc Marciano)

Unless you've seen A-Villa compete in a beat battle or been with him in the studio, chances are you haven't heard anything from the enigmatic producer outside of his instrumental single “I’m Coming To Get Ya.” That changes today, though. "A Hustler's Soliloquy" is the first leak off Villa's debut album, and it features none other than Roc Marciano. The Chicago native has been meticulously planning every single detail surrounding Carry On Tradition for almost a year and now, with the help of Closed Sessions, the project is ready to see the light of day very soon. Stay tuned as more jams should be dropping as the LP is set to drop at the top of 2014.
