[Music] Mansions On The Moon: "Leaves Fall"

Here's a little something from Mansions On The Moon and their forthcoming LightYears. The song is co-produced by Pharrell Williams, and immediately brings about images of packing boxes, putting on headphones, and of course, leaves and s**t.  I definitely enjoy some good iPhone commercial music from time to time, and this one falls greatly in that group.  If your Miike Snow CD is collecting some dust, or you don't want to listen to that old Phoenix record again, check out Mansions on The Moon. You will dig it.

[Music] Vince Staples: "Gold Chain Ricky"

"When it's time to f**k with heaven, I'll just pay to get in."

Check out new music from Vince Staples, and Odd Future collaborator/producer Michael Uzowuru.  The song's production is spacey and laidback, reminiscent of Toro Y Moi meets something from Double O as Staples waxes poetically on what he would do if he had "all the money" in the world.  Download it below.

[Music] Instagram The Throne

Watch The Throne

I went to the Watch The Throne Chicago shows, both of them.  It was easily one of the best concerts I've ever witnessed. Thanks to Roc Nation and Million $ Mano for the tickets/passes.  Thanks to Mike Dean for a great interview.   And of course, Jay-Z, Kanye West and the whole band for an amazing concert.

[Video] McKenzie Eddy: "Bees"

So many things to say about "Bees", the first video from McKenzie Eddy's forthcoming LP with Sean O'Connell.  To start, her album has one of the best album names I've ever heard in, no joke, Slow Your Horse Down, Son. Can't wait to see the cover for that... Second, it's gotta be dope when the number one prop in your video is an ample supply of honey jars.  It's also dope when you can get high and space out on bees.  It can get pretty deep.  That's what McKenzie does, a stream of conscious on the universe, as it relates to a small yellow and black insect.  I'm sold.  Watch the video below.

Emilio Rojas is getting ready to drop a new project with Green Lantern and BBC.  Originally slated for a November release, the project's been pushed back a little bit, but they do have this video/single drop for "Middle Finger", a song that picks up the baton in the vein of "F**k The Police", "Police State" and others.  Utilizing Jay-Z's infamous "middle finger to the law & I'm grippin' my balls" line, M-Phazes and Rojas craft a banger.  The video, directed by Vid Arroyo, is equally dope.  Watch it below.
