In the Windy City, Block Xchange means the Chicago based collective signed to Ludacris’ DTP Records. In NYC, it’s this collective, Block Exchange (notice the E) that rings the most bells. The NYC group recently made the following video regarding the shared moniker. And while DTP’s Block Xchange did switch up their spelling, Block Exchange is not satisfied.
