JimmyFive hits us up with a remix of "B-Boys In The Cut", an acapella that the Beastie Boys released as a 7 inch vinyl that came with the Check Your Head reissue deluxe edtion. We posted the acapella and invited remixes, here's a good one that came thru. And yes, we are still looking for more mixes...I'm not sure if a finished version of this joint will be on the Beastie's upcoming LP, Hot Sauce Committee, but I damn sure like the name changes...Big ups to JimmyFive, grab his track below.

Mishka NYC Summer 2009 Lookbook
Mishka NYC has just released their Summer 2009 Lookbook, shot by photographer Marley Kate. The Lookbook features Dan Felton and friends in an homage to summers in New York City past and present. The Lookbook was shot in a much different way than what we are used to seeing from Mishka. Kate gave the book a much more laid back casual feel, which almost makes the viewer look at the brand in a total different light. Mishka chose the perfect time to release the lookbook, not too late or too early. The collection seems to be full of light weight cut and sew pieces such as polo's, shorts, and button up shirts. I might have to grab a few pieces from this collection this season all off the strength of the photography of Marley Kate. Converse Co Sneaker Collection
I guess Converse has finally decided to change gears and add a little flavor to their existing collection of simple kicks. The brand has just created a collection called Converse Co, or (Co-Star). The shoe will be available in Footlockers and other popular sneaker shops with Converse accounts. Personally I think these are pretty dope, but I will have to see them in person to get the real effect. Stay tuned for more info on the release dates. Another pic right after the jump.

Lil' Wayne: "The Best" featuring Kanye West, T.I., Jay-Z
Don't get too excited. I was sent this track with the notion that it was new material for Wayne's Rebirth project, but smell something fishy. I know Jay-Z's verse is a retread. I'm not sure where Ye's verse is from beyond the first part being from the "Lollipop" remix. But, I digress, and do think the song is enjoyable. See for yourself below.
