Aficionado: Chicago
A new mysterious sneaker boutique has surfaced with no explanation or details of how it came about. Aficionado is rumored to be a "Members Only" Sneaker boutique that caters to loyal sneaker heads that were awaiting something different when it came to purchasing exclusive kicks. The only information that we were told about this particular spot is that "members have their privileges" and nothing else was given. Recently, Aficionado released their Air Yeezy video and it has sparked curiosity amongst the people who once thought Aficionado was just a rumor. We were also told that "To be a member, Ask a Member".

50 Cent Reissues Eminem's Debut LP
Eminem's first album, Infinite, was a largely out the trunk effort. The independent release hit the Detroit streets in 1996, and has gone heavily shrugged, as The Slim Shady LP was Eminem's first major label release, and is seen as his official entrance into the Hip Hop scene he would come to dominate soon after. His protege and Vitamin Water pioneer, 50 Cent, has reissued the album so to speak via his site, Thisis50.com. I peeped it and am republishing the link below. Check out Em's debut below.
Lady Sovereign: "Pennies" (Kill The Noize Remix)
"Ring-a-ding I left my phone ringing...how many pennies do they want from me?"
Lady Sovereign hit up the Metro last night with our friend Hollywood Holt and Chester French. I'm not sure how many RH Readers are checking for Lady Sov, but I still have a 5% interest in what she's doing. I'm just saying, Sovereign, the door's still open...Anyway, I came across this remix of Sov's "Pennies", and I dig it. You can dig it too right after the jump.
Wyclef: "More Bottles" featuring Timbaland
"He's like more bottles, more bottles, but he don't know that the pirate's on arrival."
New solemn yet bumping club banger by Wyclef Jean, featuring and produced by Timbaland. Haunting keys accompained by Wyclef's lyrics of warning give this song a reggae enfused vibe of "laugh now, cry later", or, dare I say, "don't go out tonight, cause it's bound to be your last...there is a bad moon on the rise..." Download it below, and play this at your next bbq.
Co$$: "Elevation"/"Life"
From our guy JK,
"2 joints courtesy of Co$$, who is finishing up his album for Tres Records. These 2 songs will NOT make the album, but expect Co$$ to make a real impact for the West Coast starting late Summer."
30 Rock: "Kidney Now!" featuring Beastie Boys, Talib Kweli...
Last night's episode of 30 Rock took a "We Are The World" type of turn when Jack (Alec Baldwin) decided to put on a benefit concert in hopes of finding his estranged father (Alan Alda) a kidney donor. Baldwin decides to reach out to every "bleeding heart liberal" that he knows, and signs up the likes of Elvis Costello, Sheryl Crow, Adam Levine, Mary J. Blige, Beastie Boys, Talib Kweli, and others for "Kidney Now!". Check out the video below.
