I did not attend last night’s screening of “Just Wright”, but our homie AB was there and got a clip of Common introducing the film and speaking to its themes. Common applauded the film’s message saying,
“People need to see African-American characrters in different lights… The substance and the layers and the themes of [the movie] mean so much to what our culture is. It’s great to see black people in classy ways, in classic ways.”
