The closer we get to August, the more hype builds up for the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot. Just last week, we found out that Jackass star Johnny Knoxville was cast as the voice of Leonardo, and now we have the first promotional posters for the film. The teasers highlight each Turtles’ weapon of choice bathed in their corresponding color. They’re not exactly the greatest posters, but anything TMNT-related is sure to feed the frenzy, even if the Turtles have nostrils…
Rumors circulated last week that the film would be delayed past its scheduled August 8th release date, but as these posters make clear, the date is still being targeted for release. As much as I like film marketing as crunch time grows tighter, I still would like to know who’s being cast to voice the other three Turtles instead of seeing more film stills and posters. Priorities, guys!
