Yae and Rufio dropped a seven song EP last week entitled She Hate Me. The over arching theme of the project is past and present relationships. You can tell by the title that, uh, they all didn’t work out as expected. So is life. Yae is a very talented emcee, and fits right at home on Rufio’s production. I had the chance to meet and work with Rufio, as he produced the Closed Sessions track “This Is How We Treat’Em”, which we recorded over the summer with Million $ Mano, Hollywood Holt, and Ninjasonik.
