If you’ve never been to Austin, you don’t know the true joy of a high quality food truck located exactly where you need it when you need it. Despite my failure in acquiring a chicken and waffle taco at this year’s SXSW, I have nothing but good things to say about Austin’s food offerings in both truck and non-truck forms. With that saying, a lot of time and effort goes into proper selection of food when it comes to Austin’s big festivals.
With Fun Fun Fun Fest coming up in a little more than a month, as much anticipation is building for the food as the bands and artists performing. Well… maybe not, but the vendor list is still being treated with the utmost respect. This week, the official food lineup has been revealed. If you find yourselves visiting Austin in the near future, whether for Fun Fun Fun Fest or for normal fun (fun fun), I highly recommend Chi’Lantro.
