In 2004, Kanye West released The College Dropout, an album that changed music forever. While “Through The Wire”, “Jesus Walks”, and “All Falls Down” all got heavy video and radio play, my (and many others) considered “Spaceship” their favorite joint on the record. Kanye and GLC shot a video for the song, which never saw the light of day because Mr. West was never happy with the final product. I saw the video about a year and a half ago and throughly enjoyed it. I’ve asked GLC many times since then if he was going to put it out, and he always maintained that it may see some shine if the right time arose. Well, balancing Kanye’s feelings of the full video not being up to his standards, and GL’s own ambitions and popular demand for the video, GL has posted his verse only on this site, GLCityMusic.com.
