I’ve always tried my best to keep up a steady following on the Minnesota based Rhymesayers Entertainment as they’ve produced some of the most legendary indie acts to put bars to a beat. One of their more recent signees aside from their large Summer acquisitions of Evidence and Freeway happens to be the Chicago native Grieves alongside Brooklyn born producer Budo. The two self-released their 2009 debut, 88 Keys and Counting, but will now relive it through the Rhymesayers name. To kick off the process the boys have decided to unleash visuals for the stand out cut “Cloud Man” which took direction through the talented Jesse Brown.
