Lego Cuusoo is a submission site for Lego hobbyists to put their creations up in hopes of their sets becoming official Lego projects. The premise is simple: Once a project has over 10,000 supporters, Lego reviews the submission to determine whether or not they should make a series out of them. If the project is cleared, the creator gets 1% of royalties, which may seem like a paltry number, but anybody who’s made money from their art can tell you that any amount of money made from your own creations is one of the most gratifying things in the world.

Last month, a Lego Cuusoo project for a Back to the Future set was officially announced by Lego to become their next set. The next movie-themed Lego set could be Ghostbusters… with your help! To commemorate the 30th anniversary of Ghostbusters‘ release, Brent Waller has submitted his Ghostbusters-themed project for review. The set, which you can see in both video and picture form below, features Lego versions of Peter Venkman (Bill Murray), Ray Stantz (Dan Aykroyd), Egon Spengler (Harold Ramis), and Winston Zeddemore (Ernie Hudson), as well as Slimer. However, the highlight of the set is a Lego Ecto-1.

I’d support this project solely for the joy having a Lego Bill Murray would bring me.
