Have you ever wanted to hear a musician’s vocals without a song’s production or instruments? Maybe there was a guitar riff or certain beat that was mixed a little higher than you’d like, causing you to miss out on a bar or lyric (that, for some reason, doesn’t have its lyrics posted online)? Or maybe you’re just a fan of a capella vocals and disinterested in listening to the same loops over and over throughout a song’s duration. If you’ve ever asked yourselves these questions, “Isolated Vocals” just might be the thing for you.

A Reddit category, aptly titled Isolated Vocals, has compiled a collection of vocals-only tracks from a number of both musicians and genres. While some have been edited better than others, there’s a good chance you’ll find a song that’ll pique your interest. Below, I’ve shared some gems from a pseudo-official Isolated Vocals SoundCloud, including Outkast’s “Bombs Over Baghdad,” Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre’s “Nothing but a G Thang,” and Weezer’s “El Scorcho.”

You can find more isolated vocals tracks from both this Reddit landing page and an “Isolated Vocals” SoundCloud. Don’t be intimidated from exploring the Reddit page for more; there are a ton of tracks from all types of genres.
