Yesterday I posted “On Some”, a new video from Chicago emcee/producer, Bardo of Allied Forces. The song was off Bardo’s mixtape, Out of Body, which dropped in September of 2011. I went back and checked the full tape, and it’s definitely something worth listening to. Bardo hails from Hyde Park, and he carries on the neighborhood’s tradition of eclectic Hip Hop music. Working with his partner Antonio of Allied Forces, Bardo has crafted a really solid project, which includes other standouts like “Stereo 8” and “The Coolest”. Give the mixtape a listen and download it below. Also look for new visuals for “The Coolest”, before we get some all new music from Bardo and Allied Forces.
