The wait is finally over! After several months of giving it all at the studio and working as a unit, the Pilot Nation trio –Jeff Replay, Nick Gray & Stizzy–have released their first-ever compilation ‘tape Expensive Heat. All three emcees can spit and compliment each other perfectly while adding their own unique perspective. On the production side of things we get a very diverse sound as eight different producers chimed in with very crisp and booming instrumentals, giving the Pilots a chance to expand outside their comfort zone. Standout tracks include “GTFU”, “Know Love”, “Move On” & “Cruisin”, but you really need to listen all of Expensive Heat from start to end and get a grip of all the grind that went behind it, to truly understand how good this project is.
