I’ve known Trackstar The DJ since roughly 2003-2004, after connecting with him through the Hip Hop Congress. I remember back then him telling about his plans to grow as a DJ and turn DJing into his career. It’s great to see things come to fruition, and be able to post new mixtapes from Trackstar so many years later. Today we have a perfect mixtape for early in the morning and rainy days such as this in the form of Still Dreamin’ Vol. 7. The new mixtape is hosted by Jimeta Rose and is 21 tracks deep of new and old soul and “soulful Hip Hop”. Check the track list and download it after the jump.
