Naledge

I just woke up to a mild case of cottonmouth and the ringtone of Double O.  Through my Tylenol induced slumber I somehow forgot that we had an interview to do with AOL Boombox.  The writer (Jessica) was one of the more insightful and knowledgeable interviewers I have encountered in quite some time. She asked us a lot of questions regarding how we view our position in the industry and why we feel it took us two albums to make our most personal record.  It definitely was the type of interview that made me engage and I thank her for that.  As I move forward with my day, I urge you all to try to constantly consider that emotions tend to get in the way of honest self-reflection.

There is no pillow softer than a clear conscience. I think what allows me to be so candid in interviews is the fact I am allergic to saying something I don’t believe in.  I definitely wasn’t in the mood to do an interview and you may not be in the mood to do some type of work today, but know that a job isn’t a representation of your self-worth, but the effort you put into it often is…

Paz.
