Pillow (Good Feeling) Video
April 3rd was worldwide pillow fight day (how did know about this?) and Chris Crutchfield was at hand in L.A. to cover the event and make this ill ass video.
For my video nerds (and those that just enjoy learning) here's some insight on how Chris made the video:
Pillows was shot on a Canon T2i using just the kit 18-55 lens (turned out better than I'd imagined) and audio was captured using the Zoom H4N. All the post production was done in Final Cut Studio and After Effects. Most of it was shot in 1080/24p but the slow motion sequences were shot in 720/60p and conformed via Cinema Tools to 24p.
Thanks to my friends over at Red Giant this got some nice color grading using the Magic Bullet Suite and some Trapcode effects were used in the intro sequence.
Thanks to Los Angeles for being a crazy enough city to actually host something like this.

Keith Haring X Zara Collection
Spanish label Zara has never exactly been on my radar for their menswear, however they have teamed up with prolific artist Keith Haring on a solid collection of t-shirts and hoodys. The project features Haring's playful, colorful illustrations on simple blanks. There are four t-shirts, one pull over hoody, and one zip up hoody available now at Zara stores worldwide. Keith Haring is an inspiring, creative artist and these pieces are done well enough to wear the art right across your chest. Check out more looks at the collaboration after the jump.
