Pretty Lights (Derek Vincent Smith) has announced that he will be ending 2010 in style with two shows at Chicago’s Congress Theater (12/30 and 12/31). Pretty Lights also kicked the work week off in style by premiering a new music video for “Future Blind” on the site Popmatters. The video takes place inside of a kitchen, inside of a box. The setup, dress, and ceiling climbing abilities of the couple featured in the video give me a sense of “Boardwalk Empire” meets (fill in a movie/show where people can climb the walls and s**t). If that does not give you an idea of the awesomeness of this song/video, then I don’t know what will. Check it out below.
