The Pied Piper of R&B music announced the release date for his latest album, Black Panties. At a listening party for the album in Atlanta, R. Kelly told those in attendance that the album would debut on November 11. If his Pitchfork performance was any inkling of what is to come from Kells, then it may be safe to say he’s back.
