CyHi Da Prynce’s Digital Freshness performance at Beauty Bar was his first ever in Chicago, and I’m quite sure there won’t be anything else like it. Cy rocked to a capacity crowd, which filled Beauty Bar to the brim. Cy’s set included “So Appalled”, “Hero”, “Living Wonderful”, and “Fast Lane”, as well as a ridiculous freestyle. His energy, stage presence, and sheer rapping ability (word to GURU) were a sight to see. It’s safe to say he won’t be performing at Beauty Bar again, as you can expect him to hit bigger venues such as The Metro and Sub-T.
