Out of nowhere we have a Rhymefest leak. According to Michael Kolar, who I’m sitting next to at the moment, this record’s been worked on for two years, and Mike recommended pitching it to Infinity for a car commercial sans Jada and Cham…Anyway, now the record’s ready for the world. update: Shadowkat just emailed me about the track (with a photo by our own Virgil Solis) as well saying,
“As many of you know, Fest linked up with Jadakiss over a year ago to do a song called WHAT’S UP while we were working on El Che, which also featured Chamillionaire. This song has even been leaked [prematurely] on the net. Rhymefest is not at all pleased that a feature that was exclusively for him is being used and promoted like it could be used for somebody else. I have attached the original song so that everybody knows where that verse came from, as well as a zshare link for the song.”
