DJ Z-Trip has been named America’s best DJ in DJ Times’ 4th Annual Readers’ poll. Z-Trip will be presented with an award on September 12th at Rain night club, as well as embark on a national tour this fall. We got to see Z a couple weeks ago at the Dos Equis Most Interesting Academy at the Museum of Science and Industry. Z-Trip will also be featured in the new turntable version of Guitar Hero, DJ Hero…Z-Trip’s been considered at the top of his game for a while now, and claims this prize over other entries such as DJ Shadow, A-Trak, Girl Talk and others.
