“Me and my n***a changed the world when we first dropped” – Chuck Inglish
These two tracks may belong to Sir Michael Rock’s, but the above quote was too ill for me not to begin the post with it. As two pioneers of this new emerging genre of Hip Hop, which has taken hold lately, Mike and Chuck certainly helped “change the world.” Whatever you might want to call it; swag, stoner, indie Hip Hop or whatever other name you might have for it, we can all agree it’s dope.
There’s no word on what these two tracks are from, but “Out The Jam” see’s Michael Rocks link with the other half of The Cool Kids, Chuck Inglish, and is produced by Monsta Beatz. “Imagine” is produced by Cardo. Both tracks are pretty classic SMR material and reflect how well the duo are living today. Look for more from Tooth Pick Clique, Sir Michael Rocks, Chuck Inglish, and hopefully The Cool Kids in 2012.
