With the advent of the summer on the horizon and temperatures well into the 90’s (the Chi is burning!) Stalley drops a new single all about this time of the year. Working with long term partner Rashad, the Cleveland native composes a ode to the warm months. The track is chalk full of that Cleveland car culture that Stalley has exposed us to blended seamlessly with soothing sounds of jazz and funk. Stalley reminices that the “celebration of the Summer is a typical theme of rap music, we’re here again 20 years after Fresh Prince spit happy-go-lucky bars… and we’ll be here again two decades from now.” Typical or not, Stalley does it well.
