Statik Selektah speaks to DJ Pizzo of HipHopSite.com and lets go of a lot of good information regarding his next album dropping on Duck Down, as well his album with Action Bronson, Reks, and Termanology. Check out the interview below in two parts. A few quick hits, Statik’s next LP (Population Control) is going to be released October 25th via Duck Down. It will feature a lot of new cats such as Chuwee, Tayibb Ali, and Action Bronson. It will also contain features from Talib Kweli, Bun B, and Term, artists who have long collaborated with Statik. The LP will also be a break from his sample heavy sound, and contain almost all original production. He also talks about collaborations with Nas, says his Action Bronson album is done, and more newness. Very dope interview.
