[Video] Spring Awakening 2013 Site Build
Spring Awakening begins tomorrow. Do you guys have your glowsticks ready? One of Chicago's largest EDM festivals is set to greet the weekend early tomorrow afternoon, but before you groove to some beats, one final behind-the-scenes look has been released. The video shows the last-minute construction of the stages at Soldier Field that'll hold all of your favorite DJs and EDM groups from Krewella to PHNM to Moby and much, much more.
If you plan on attending, make sure you have your schedule prepared. I'll be there all weekend taking photos of the event and doing everything I can to not unleash my sexy dance on everybody. Tickets are still on sale for the procrastinators, so make sure you get yourself a pass if you want to shake your booty this weekend.

[Video] Trentino and Alina Renae: "Take Me Higher"
A couple of months ago, Chicago DJ Trentino won Red Bull's Thr3Style Top Party DJ in US crown, giving him the chance to compete in Toronto for the Red Bull Thre3style World Championship. This video for "Take Me Higher" featuring Trentino and singer Alina Renae serves as both the song's official video and a psuedo-behind-the-scenes documentary/video recap of Trentino's Thre3Style win.

Schedule for Spring Awakening released
Fans of EDM, are you prepared for Spring Awakening? With the three day festival a week and a half away, the full daily schedule has been released. With four stages showcasing DJs doing what they do best, the festival should be a great summer weekend for people ready to party, sweat, and dance in the legendary home of the Chicago Bears, Soldier Field.
Also released is information on two after parties were announced alongside the schedule. On June 15th, Glasslux, Gunlove, and Perfect Kiss will be joined by Fool's Gold's Oliver at Primary night club. Tickets for that are located here. In addition to that show is Bass Kitchen, the official Spring Awakening after party that signals the end of the festival, will feature 12th Planet and some secret guests. Tickets for that show, which will also be at Primary, can be purchased here.
Remember, tickets for Spring Awakening are still available. I've included a video sneak peek below showing how Soldier Field will look for the festival below to tide everyone over until the festival starts.

Spring Awakening Schedule and Daily Tickets Available
Spring Awakening, one of the largest dance music festivals in the country, is getting ready to take over Soldier Field next month. From June 14-16, dance music fiends will be twerking, juking, grinding, two stepping, and popping and/or locking to a few big names in EDM, including Moby, Krewella, Bassnectar, Zeds Dead, and Paul Oakenfold. Some notable Chicago groups/DJs performing during the three-day festival are my LOD brother PHNM, Chicago super duo Flosstradamus, and ex-resident Rehab Djs, Team Bayside High.
Official after-parties have been announced today as well. The announced list, which you purchase tickets for below, include Moby at the MID Friday night, Zeds Dead at the House of Blues Saturday night, and Calvin Harris at the MID Sunday night. Three-day VIP passes have sold out, but a few single-day VIP passes and normal single-day and three-day passes are available.
