Erykah Badu Stars in Givenchy's SS14 Collection

Cast by world renown Italian fashion designer Riccardo Tisci, Erykah Badu stars in Givenchy's SS14 Collection, fortifying her stamp in the fashion industry. The announcement that Badu would be the face of the brand’s Spring/Summer 2014 collection came late last year by Tisci himself, after being inspired to create a line mashed up of African and Japanese influences. With Givenchy already being one of the most respected fashion lines in the industry, the collaboration effortlessly proved to be a success with praise from blogs to runways around the world.
In most recent news, popularity of this collaboration widened with photos of what appears to be a spread styled by Riccardo for the French Magazine Purple. 2014 Fashion Trends in Limited Edition Splash Calendar

Floral prints, bold colors, eccentric patterns, and combining fabrics are all the trend in 2014, and this was made official when Splash released their latest limited edition calendar, titled "In Love With Fashion". Since 1993, Splash, a high-end fashion retailer based in Dubai, has been globally trend setting the industry. With the concept and photography by Tejal Patni and the styling of designer Furne Amato, the calender combines art and fashion brilliantly from month to month. To go even further, Splash has been steadily releasing video clips focusing on each month individually. So creative!

A$AP Rocky Featured In DKNY’s Latest Campaign
It looks like A$AP Rocky is building on his modeling portfolio, going from lookbooks for brands like Black Scale to now starring in DKNY's latest ad campaign. Throughout his young career, A$AP has been an advocate of fashion, so it was inevitable that a fashion brand would request the services of the Harlem rapper. For the campaign, he is featured alongside models Cara Delevingne, Jourdan Dunn, Eliza Cummings, and Dylan Rieder, posting up in Times Square for the shots. Agent Provocateur Fall/Winter 2013 Soirée Collection
Agent Provocateur takes its photography campaigns very seriously, considering all of the photo spreads we've seen from them for their various collections. The British lingerie brand has released a new photo series for their Soiree collection featuring models Marlijn Hoeak and Cindy Bruna. Agent Provocateur has become known for pairing pretty ladies with their line lingerie, capturing some steamy portraits, and this what we have here. Victoria Secret's 2013 Fashion Show
Yesterday was the taping of the annual Victoria Secret's fashion show, a huge event that a lot of people across the country look forward to. How it goes down is they run through the show twice, and edit down the final version for airing on Dec 10th on CBS. With sounds provided by Taylor Swift and Fall Out Boy, the show ran through 6 themes: "British Invasion," "Birds of Paradise," "Parisian Nights," "Shipwrecked," "Snow Angels" and "PINK Network". This years angels were Karlie Kloss, Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge and Adriana Lima, Cara Delevingne, Jourdan Dunn, and Candice Swanepoel who wore the 10 million Fantasy bra. Dopeboymagic 2013 Fall/Winter "October '96" Collection

Photographer Trashhand and Joe Fresh Goods team up once again for dopeboymagic's latest release for their Fall/Winter "October '96" collection. The latest release takes us back to a time when streetwear was streetwear, when a lot of us rocked Ice Berg, Karl Kani, all the other brands of the '90s, and when Timbos were worn in winter and summer.
It's a solid collection with a variety of graphic tees, all-over prints, along with buttons-ups and some dope outerwear. Trashhand really captured the feel of the collection showcasing the brand around the city of Chicago with some really gritty images creating a cold atmosphere. Rihanna for 032c Winter 2013
Looks like Rihanna is back at it again after appearing in British GQ, this time teaming up with photographers Inez van Lamsweerde and Vindooh Matadoin. The trio worked together for an editorial for the contemporary culture magazine 032c for their latest Winter 2013 issue. The photos were shot on Broome Street in Lower Manhattan, and I really am digging what they created for the spread, which was shot entirely in black and white.
As 032c states, "Rihanna is the unfiltered and fiercely productive icon that every era needs and obsesses about." Regardless if that's true or not, one thing I'm sure of is that these are some great photos, so go ahead and check them out.

[Video] Panda Bear Makes New Music For Fashion Line
Panda Bear of Animal Collective, who hasn't released anything on his own since 2011, was prompted to do so for his wife's Spring/Summer 2014 fashion line. She is fashion designer Fernanda Pereira and the line is called "DESPERSONALIZAÇÃO the stretch of life". Daft Punk collaborations and work on the most recent Animal Collective album aside, this is the first release anyone has seen from Noah Lennox.
