Top 10 Best #NODISRESPECTTOBENAFFLECK Tweets
Jimmy Kimmel opened up a can of worms the other night when he spoofed Kanye West's interviews with BBC's Zane Lowe this week. In typical Kanye fashion, he went on a Twitter tirade against Kimmel last night through a series of tweets, with one of the best being:
JIMMY KIMMEL PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES … OH NO THAT MEANS YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN TOO MUCH GOOD PUSSY IN YOUR LIFE…
— KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) September 27, 2013
However, the future of Twitter was forever changed with one hashtag:
SHOULD I DO A SPOOF ABOUT YOUR FACE OR YOU FUCKING BEN AFFLECK…#NODISRESPECTTOBENAFFLECK #ALLDISRESPECTTOJIMMYKIMMEL!!!!
— KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) September 27, 2013
By this point, Kanye's rant was simply "Kanye being Kanye." However, the floodgates were opened with the ridiculously amazing hashtag, "#NODISRESPECTTOBENAFFLECK." We now live in a world post-#NODISRESPECTTOBENAFFLECK, unable to return to who we once were before Kanye West changed our lives for the better. Below are The Top 10 Best #NODISRESPECTTOBENAFFLECK Tweets.
[Video] Jimmy Kimmel Responds to Kanye
So this has to be one of the more memorable rap beefs I've come across. Kanye West, because no one can make fun of Kanye West, decided to go on a Twitter rant against Jimmy Kimmel after Kimmel spoofed an interview 'Ye did with BBC's Zane Lowe. In the spoof video, a kid simply plays Kanye and repeats the same things he did. In any event, West isn't happy. Like, Pusha T listening party agravated. Regardless, it looks like the hiatus we had since the last weird Kanye meltdown is coming to an end. For his part, Kimmel does a great job at actually addressing all of the Tweets in real time last night on his show. "I saw the video"
Lupe Fiasco: "Pound of Flesh/Paris Tokyo 2"
If you've been following the site lately then you may have noticed my growing disdain for Lupe Fiasco. His actions on Twitter and general sidelines view of the hip hop game has pushed me away from the Food & Liquor artist in a hurry. As of late, Lupe has offered his own versions of other artists tracks ala Lil Wayne No Ceilings or Dedication without the forethought. This time, Drake's "Pound of Cake/Pars Morton Music 2". It's another Lupe track for the most part, until Fiasco does a roll call of who's who in Chicago, ala Kendrick Lamar and "Control". At the end of the track he recites: "Everyone in Bull City eating like a pig, let's do it: Durk, Mouse, Paris, Keef, Boolu, Dub, Pharris, Drama, Common, Flict, Ye, Chance; Illinois, Lupe

[Update: The three follow-up parts have been added below.]
Ye' has been everywhere since announcing Yeezus earlier this year and embarking on a media storm and performance binge that culminated last week with the announcement of a tour and a string of sets on late night programming. BBC1 Xtra's Zane Lowe got the plug of the year, earning the opportunity to sit down with Mr. West himself. The video has already made it's rounds on the internet, but give Part 1 a watch below.

Kanye West's Pre-College Dropout Unreleased Song
Do you remember before the whole Yeezus thing Kanye West went by the name the Louis Vuitto Don? Since then we have seen the evolution of Kanye West for almost a decade since the College Dropout was released. Well now an unreleased track has surfaced from Kanye two years before College Dropout even was released. The track comes from the artist Mykela titled "Candy" in which Kanye not only dropped a verse but also produced it. Check out the track and go back in time before Yeezus and listen to the development of Kanye since then.
[Video] Kanye Goes Off at Pusha T's Listening Party
Kanye has never been one to keep his thoughts to himself and so, after being unveiled as a surprise guest (because why just show up anywhere?) at Pusha T's listening party at Industria Superstudio in NYC, he took to the mic to express his views on a few things including corporations and the lack of fucks he gives, as well as just generally turning up throughout the first listen of Pusha's My Name is My Name due out October 8. Check out the video below.

Lupe Fiasco: "Piece of Paper Cup of Jayzus"
It seems as though Lupe is permanently resigned to staying on the sidelines, throwing occasional potshots at the game at large. He's not Papoose by any means, too lyrical and talented for all that, but by allowing others to dictate what he does, Fiasco is quickly making that his lane. On "Piece of Paper of Jayzus," the name itself an obvious toss at Jay-z and Kanye West, who gave him the spotlight in the first place. Fiasco basically goes in for a full seven minutes of telling listeners how he's different, even spending more than a handful of bars simply talking about Earl Sweatshirt and Odd Future. To explain further, allow me to take a page out of Louis C.K.'s book: Of course Lupe is one of the best lyricists of our time, but maybe he needs to stop arguing with women on Twitter and climbing mountains and just make music. This was . . . something. It's understood that hip-hop is a restaurant with many dishes, Lupe just hasn't been serving to my liking lately. When he first came out, it was obvious what set Lupe apart, but now it seems as though he's trying to tell us what that is instead of doing it and PPCJ just reinforces that sentiment. Let me know if you agree, listen below!
Interesting line: Told Jean, Foxy, & Rah the greatest rapper's a girl/They said the greatest rapper's a guy
[Video] Lorde: "Handle My Liquor"
16-year-old New Zealand native, Lorde, is definitely making a name for herself from the tiny South Pacific country. While performing in her home country for the iHeartRadio concert she took things up a notch by stealing a page out of Kanye West's book, performing he own rendition of "Hold My Liquor". The young songstress deftly maneuvers between Ye', Justin Vernon and Chief Keef's parts, without the marbles that seem to be swimming in Keef's mouth when he sang the original hook. She goes on to actually spit Kanye's verse pretty well, definitely worth checking out below.
