[Video] MIA: "Come With Me"
MIA is back with a visual for her latest single, "Come With Me" off the upcoming release, Matangi, due out November 5. The UK artist, who fell victim to sound issues at this year's Pitchfork Festival, has been pumping out music and hitting the road lately in support of the coming project. Check out the trippy video for "Come With Me" below.

[Video] YC the Cynic: "Molotovs at Poseidon"
Last month, we shared the tripped-out "God Complex" video by New York MC YC the Cynic. Today, we're sharing his latest video, "Molotovs at Poseidon." Directed by AaronIsNotCool, the entire video was shot in one 3-minute long take, which is very impressive for any video format, music or otherwise. This might not appeal to those who don't really care much about film or music videos, but being able to shoot an entire video without cuts or edits is remarkable.
"Molotovs at Poseidon" follows YC's flows as a masked man pulls a gun on him before his entourage pull theirs on him, matching YC's delivery about always staying ahead of the game, as well as a carried-over theme from "God Complex" about being a god. My favorite lines go, "Your damage is none. You just threw a molotov at Poseidon/Then felt the flood in your iris and cried for an act of kindness." YC is a lyricist through and through, dropping similes backpackers and old school hip hop heads would dig, while also appealing to current hip hop homies with his smooth flow.
I'm telling you, there's something about the New York rapper that I can't get enough of. His debut album, GNK, is coming soon, and I honestly can't wait to hear through everything YC has to offer.

[Video] PennyBirdRabbit: "Safer"
It's 90's inspired. It's eerie. It's PennyBirdRabbit. This LA based singer-songwriter, who you may remember from Skrillex's "All I Ask Of You," is back with her latest EP, Safer. This cartoon-esque, anime resembling, punk-like artist went the I-N-D-E-P-E-N-D-E-N-T route for her latest track - only showcasing further that she doesn't need any assistance with her overflowing creativity and impressive vocals. The visual, which features two thermal wearing, rhinestone studded, astronauts taking flight in an unironic, foiled, rabbit shaped spaceship can be seen below. Check out the latest video and EP both entitled Safer from artist PennyBirdRabbit and for more new and [free] music, head to pennybirdrabbit.com.

[Video] Brewski: "Cocky" (prod. by Young Chop)
Brewski is a little cocky... okay, maybe more than just a little. The Chicago rapper flexes his machismo over a Young Chop beat in this DGainz-inspired party video directed by Brianna Lashé. The champagne's running, the arms are flexing, and the girls are kissing; that's all you really need, right? What's up with that KG jersey, though?

Michael Anthony of ThemPEOPLE has recently been working on his latest project, with producer Ikaz. "This piece is a Visual introduction to -Noir- A collaboration Project from Michael Anthony (THEMpeople) and French Producer IKAZ. Noir is a 6 song EP centered around capturing the essence of this generations pro active rebellion. This video is a symbolism piece that represents the reclaiming of culture through Art and Activism. Musically Noir has soul and electric influence but with a modern revolutionary twist. The intent of the project is to promote the idea of questioning ourselves… Asking where does our generation (Generation Y) stand given the current state of the world??…."

[Video] The Boy Illinois: "Merci, Merci"
The Boy Illinois' "Merci, Merci" is one of my favorite cuts from his latest project The Memoirs Of Gilbert Gaston. Illi unveiled the fresh new video for the track today and it certainly matches the quality of the record with some great shots and very good editing. I feel people don't catch all the gems the emcee spits in this track and highly recommend you check-out the breakdown here.
