The O’My‘s are an up and coming band out of Chicago, who have worked closely with many members of the city hip-hop community. This cover of Al Green’s “Simply Beautiful” showcases their talent as well as their dual threat nature. Blended Babies used the track as a base for their production on Asher Roth’s “Ampersand“. The group also helped with production on Boldy James’ “Hubcaps (Holdin’ On)” and backed The Cool Kids at Lollapalooza. The groups talents are apparent after listening to any of the three tracks and with more material coming from them and The Cool Kids soon, their stock is on the rise.
