The RH- Re-Up

We’ve missed a few Re-Ups in recent weeks.  I blame Indiana University for taking up so much of Sarah’s time, as well as all the artists, events, and other things that took up so much of our time.  Anyway, I feel like this week we really got back in the swing of things, and our legs back under us after Closed Sessions Texas.  So, if you’ve been feeling as overwhelmed as we have lately, here’s something to help you make more sense of everything we’ve been doing and the hot s**t that’s hit RH over the last week.  Roll something up, and read on… This is the Re-Up.

Das Racist

RH First Look: Das Racist

We set out to discover more behind the multi-cultural crew that is shaking things up in more ways than one.  For all their randomness and jokes, there’s seems to be a serious side that is hard to get at, but there none the less, tracing back to the duo’s introduction during their college years and shared living quarters in their school’s Students of Color For Social Justice dormitory.  From the name to the music, Das Racist’s main goal appears to be either be a brilliant strategy of remaining hard to catch and figure out… That, or they’re just as clueless as everyone else, and still trying to figure out if they’re at Pizza Hut or Taco Bell.  Get to know them (or at least try) a little better in this new and exclusive RH First Look.

Mister Cartoon

RH TV: 3 Minutes w/Mister Cartoon

Mister Cartoon was in Chicago on Saturday promoting his True Colors collaboration with Nike Sportswear in which the famed tattoo and graphic artist designed a logo for the USA’s World Cup Team.  Cartoon spoke to kids and had a party at Saint Alfred’s where we caught up with him for a brief interview.  Mr. Cartoon talks hard work, staying hungry, and the Nike collab.  Check it out.

All that plus new music, fashion, and much much more…
