Troy Boy is one 3rd of the rising Chicago outfit, Second City Citizens – and to prepare all of us law abiding civilians for the election on Tuesday, Troy Boy will be releasing his first solo project this Sunday. Titled, Troy Boy For President the laid back, weed-friendly release is hardly political and more of a showcase of Troy Boy’s personality and lyrical ability. Today’s drop “So Much To Say” features fellow SCC’er Rich Jones, as the two bring us into their world rocking over jazzy production, airing out everyday thoughts. The project does a good job of staying close to home with production handled in whole by (SCC collaborator) Montana Macks, and features from Jones and Swords The Ronin (SCC).
