As explained in the video’s intro, Curren$y and Sean O’Connell recorded an album/documentary with Creative.Control entitled Muscle Car Chronicles. The LP and movie will be dropping later this year, and in this clip, we get studio footage of Curren$y performing one of the album cuts, “Soundbombin'”. The song has a rock edge to it, and with good reason. These are the guys after all that brought us the Black Keys x various Hip Hoppers project, Blackroc. That LP was one of those “looks better on paper” projects, so I’m hoping this one with Curren$y and Sean O’Connell translates a little bit better.
